SalesPilot is an international sales and customer operations company based in Cebu.
We're building a sales floor that runs Australian campaigns to a high standard — starting with food and beverage telesales, with SaaS and support teams to follow. We need a manager who can lead agents on the phones, not just watch dashboards.
About the role
You'll run day-to-day operations on the sales floor: coaching agents, monitoring quality, clearing blockers, and hitting team targets. You'll work alongside leadership to improve scripts, training, and how we use our CRM and operations platform.
This is a hands-on manager role. You should be credible on a live sales call and able to develop people who are new to Australian B2B telesales.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales agents on outbound campaigns
- Monitor call quality, CRM hygiene, dispositions and wrap-up standards
- Run daily briefings, 1:1s, and targeted coaching on weak areas
- Hit team sales, activity and quality targets
- Escalate hiring, training and process issues to senior leadership
- Contribute to script updates, training material and onboarding
- Handle floor discipline, attendance and performance fairly and consistently
- Be the go-to person when agents need help on a live call or tricky account
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisor role
- Proven telesales or call-centre floor management experience
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong coaching skills — you make people better, not just hit numbers
- Comfort with CRM reporting, KPIs and performance conversations
- Calm, fair leadership under pressure on a busy floor
- B2B or Australian market experience is a strong plus
